The best mode of transportation to get around in Argentia is by taxi. Getting around St John’s and the surrounding area is easy and convenient; plenty of public transit operates in and out of the city’s core areas. There are also public cabs and tour buses that run in and out of the town. Metrobus is the public transit that operates in St John’s, Paradise, and Mount Pearl. The buses serve all over the city seven days weekly, stop at significant landmarks and allow you to explore all the attractions in the city.

Every summer, visitors can hop on buses at specific stops and hop off when they arrive at the desired location.
