The Triple Play Window

Late May through mid-June is the target window for the Newfoundland triple play: icebergs still drifting south from Greenland, humpback whales arriving for the summer feeding season, and Atlantic puffins active at nearby Elliston colony and Witless Bay. Twillingate and the Bonavista Peninsula are both viable bases for catching all three in the same week.
